What are your office hours?

We are available Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9am-5pm. We are available by e-mail only on Tuesdays and Fridays, available on Saturdays by appointment only, and closed Sundays and Holidays.

What is the best way to contact you?

Never hesitate to contact us with your questions and concerns. We pride ourselves on quick responses. You should hear back from us within 24 hours and often can reach us immediately. The best way to reach us is by e-mail, unless it is a time-sensitive matter. In that case, please give us a call or a quick text.

What does it mean to be a Quickbooks Certified ProAdvisor?

ProAdvisors have been tested and certified on a range of QuickBooks products. We can help you with installation, set-up, reporting, and customization of QuickBooks for your business needs. This, in turn, helps you get the most out of your QuickBooks experience.

What if I don’t need full-service bookkeeping?

At Pure Office Solutions, LLC, we provide a wide range of packages, as well as, custom services to best fit your business. We also offer some services on an as-needed basis. You can and will get exactly what you need.

What is the difference in a Bookkeeper and an Accountant?

While both provide strategic advice to their clients, a bookkeeper helps you streamline your accounting processes, helps in creating a budget for your business, and helps with the detail part of your day-in/day-out business operations. Accountants, in contrast, typically are more tax focused and handle the broader scheme of things.

How do I pay my invoice?

Our clients pay by pre-paid ACH transfer from their bank account or credit card through a service called Practice Ignition. You will have a free 1-hr consultation, followed by filling out your in-take form, then a proposal will be e-mailed to you based on services needed, and finally payment set-up will be required prior to accepting this proposal. This ensures that we will be paid promptly and that you will never be hit with a surprise bill. We have found, through experience, that this process is best for both us and and our clients.

What if there is a problem with my QuickBooks?

Although rare, software glitches do happen. Sometimes your QuickBooks online subscription or the software you own may require maintenance. We may be able to provide light technical support in the event of software issues or you experience data loss, but we cannot guarantee any particular software, as we are not directly affiliated with that software.

How can I be sure my business information will be kept private?

We take privacy very seriously. Each member of the Pure Office Solutions team signs a Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality agreement regarding the the privacy of our clients’ information. These documents are available for your view upon request. We also shred all papers that contain any confidential information.

Why can’t I just make you a signer on my bank account?

We will ask for guest access to your online banking with read-only privileges, but we do not want access to your funds. No one but you should have access to your money. It is our job as your bookkeeper to educate you about fraud prevention.
